CHIMIQUE ™ INDUSTRIAL GRADE Guar gum is a white to creamy coloured, free flowing powder derived from the ground endosperm of the seeds of the natural strains of the guar plant, ( Cymopsys Tetragonolobus) family (leguminosae) and free from extraneous matter. Its ability to suspend solids, bind water by hydrogen bonding, control the viscosity of aqueous solutions and form strong tough films, have accounted for its rapid growth and use in various industries.

CHIMIQUE ™ Industrial grade Guar Gum is used in Paper, Textile Processing, Explosives, Detergents, Drilling Fluids, Ceramics, Paints and many other industries. It is a natural product, and because it has the ability to swell by hydrolyzing with water, it can be used in a variety of water systems for food and industrial applications. Guar gum can viscosify, stabilize, and emulsify water systems as well as bind moisture to itself.

CHIMIQUE IG – STANDARD

CHIMIQUE IG – Standard guar is a fine granulation high purity natural guar product designed for use in various industrial applications or for modification into derivatives. CHIMIQUE IG standard is generally characterized as a 200 mesh powder which typically yields a cold water viscosity of 3500-4000 cps after hydrating for 2 hours. CHIMIQUE IG- MV guar is a fine granulation, high purity, High functional, medium viscosity natural guar product without any chemical modification designed for use in identified industrial applications; CHIMIQUE IG-MV is generally characterized as a 200 mesh powder which typically yields a cold water viscosity of 5000-6000 cps after hydrating for 2 hours. CHIMIQUE IG MV is available in two grades i.e. CHIMIQUE IG –MV and CHIMIQUE IG –MV+
